Configuring Workflows To Work For Your Business

Managing Your Workspace and Workflow #

 

Once you’ve signed up and logged into Traleado, you’ll land in your Workspace. This is where all the leads you’ve purchased from the Marketplace are stored and managed.

 

Lead Management Views #

 

By default, your leads appear under the Purchased column. You can switch between two view options depending on your preference:

  • Kanban View – Visual card-based layout ideal for dragging leads through stages.
  • List View – A simplified list for quick lead scanning and updates.

 

Understanding Lead Stages #

 

Your workspace comes with a set of default stages, including:

  • Working Stages: e.g. Uncontacted, In Progress
  • Ending Stages: Won and Lost, which you can show or hide as needed

 

Customizing Your Workflow #

 

You can tailor the workflow to fit your business process:

  1. Click Edit Workflow in the workspace menu.
  2. Click on any stage to rename it. For example, change In Progress to Requires Quote.
  3. Click Add Stage to insert additional steps as needed.
  4. Click Done to save your changes.

 

Moving Leads Through Stages #

 

You can drag and drop leads through the various stages of your workflow — from Purchased and Uncontacted through to stages like Requires Quote, and eventually to Won or Lost.

This flexible system lets you mirror your actual sales or service process inside Traleado, making it easier to track, manage, and close leads effectively.
