How to Connect GoHighLevel to Traleado via Zapier #

This guide will show you how to connect your GoHighLevel account to Traleado using Zapier. You can follow this same process to connect other CRMs or systems as well — pushing leads or work orders into Traleado for automated routing or marketplace listing.

#

#

Step 1: Start a New Zap #

  1. Log into your Zapier account.
  2. Click Create to begin a new Zap.
  3. In the Zap editor, click on the Trigger block.

#

#

Step 2: Set Up Your Trigger (GoHighLevel) #

  1. Search for and select LeadConnector (used for GoHighLevel integrations).
  2. Choose the trigger event: Pipeline Stage Changed.
  3. Connect your GoHighLevel account (you’ll be prompted to log in if it’s your first time).
  4. Select the relevant Pipeline and stage that should act as the trigger to push leads into Traleado.
  5. Test the trigger. Zapier will either pull an existing record or create a test one.

#

Step 3: Set Up the Action (Traleado) #

  1. Search for and select Traleado as the Action app.
  2. Choose the action event: Create New Lead.
  3. Connect your Traleado account (you’ll be prompted to log in if it’s your first time).

#

#

Step 4: Map the Lead Fields #

  1. Select the appropriate Form from your Traleado account (this form will determine what fields can be populated).
  2. Map the fields from GoHighLevel to Traleado — e.g. First Name, Email, Address, etc.
  3. Click Continue and review the mapped data.
  4. Run a test to ensure the lead data is being sent successfully to Traleado.

#

#

Step 5: Publish Your Zap #

Once the test is successful:

  • Click Publish Zap.
  • Your integration is now live — any time a lead enters the selected pipeline stage in GoHighLevel, it will automatically be pushed to Traleado.

#

#

What Happens After the Lead is Sent? #

Once the lead enters the Traleado system:

  • It will be routed based on your configured rules and AI assignment settings.
  • This could be to a user in your Private Lead Network or automatically listed on the Marketplace for sale.
